    So what your saying is I should just keep what I have?

    I think it serves its purpose. And I'm high on the SE list.

    I'm not really sure a better website will pay off.

    If it's a matter of paying him another round of cash, then I would just stick with what you have, fix the SEO issues, and add some content as you see fit.

    As you said, you rank very well for your service area, so I would just do a bit of reworking.
