I have a rennovation to do...grass is thin in most spots and is in a fair amount of shade all day. Not 'dark' but shaded. I really like the Teamates Plus plus for sunny areas and the specs from the seed maker also say "very good for shaded areas"...what seed have you had good results with in shady conditions?. thanks

No kidding Rod!! Apparently I was not clear in my question. I'm interested in the actual product name...like Pennington, Jonathan Green etc and the particular seed name like Temamtes, Turf and Athletic etc.

I can't give you an answer due to your way up from me. I will suggest you go by LESCO and tell them what you have and get their suggestion. The guys at my LESCO are very knowledgeable. They have real world experience, not just some class.
