    here is one for you. location pretty easy. grading so that water runs away from the house. house is established just big beds were to low to bagin with. basicly raising about 3" - 6" for about two feet out. reducing the size of some tree rings. mulching. dethatching and slit seeding also top dressing

    here is my math

    top-soil 8 yards in bags for ease of the property

    lawn rejuvenation ( top dress, de-thatch, overseed @ 8# per 1000} 7400 sqft .25" dressing
    large nuggets 7 yards in bags
    i have already submitted an estimate. just curious to other thoughts. i can answer any questions. ohh there is a small shrub removal that is old and wedged. have fun:waving:
