We have read on this site and have taken a couple phone calls regarding our machines leaving turf burns. While we believe it may be more related to environment (less rain, high grass, no wind) or situational. Nevertheless, it is still a concern. To address this we have manufactured a stainless steel heat shield that will easily attach to the frame of our machines.

Therefore, if you own a 2009 machine, please give us a call and we will send out this upgrade, that can be installed with a 3/4" wrench with no drilling required.

We still prefer users to turn the machine off if resting on turf. The hose reel can be operated without the engine running for short periods.

You guys are awesome! I'll call you soon. One of my guys caught the fuel tank on stob sticking out of the ground and punctured it. I'll order it at the same time. Thanks again, y'all are the best!

Just to clarify, this part will only fit 2009 machines with the Silent Exhaust System. The way to tell is if the muffler is silver. Our older mufflers were black.

I meant all the compliments, praises, and good things being said and done having to do with this company. Sorry... I guess I could have clarified that. If I had to buy another sprayer today or tomorrow, this would certainly be the direction I would be leaning.
