My Z seems to be spreading fert more to the right. Tried messing with the Accuway but only made it worse. The impeller is not worn. I seemed like fert was hitting the side blocker even in the up position so I removed it but still spreads to the right more.

Pull the accuway back and it will shift the pattern to the left. Pull it back slowly as very small adjustment makes a difference.

Is the accuway caked up with fert residue?

Remember the fert that falls onto the impeller near the center remains on the platter longest and goes to the left. Stick some duct tape partially to cover that hole.
On the other hand, if your impeller spins clockwise--its the opposite--throws more to the right.

High humidity and sticky fert causes some odd effects, also.

    There is only one hole.

I don't use the accuway. It seems to need constant adjustment. I have found that when the spinner is turned down low (below 2) it wants to spread heavy right. Generally when spreading a normal pattern (3 or above) it spreads ok. I am pretty good about sticking a scraper down in the hopper when empty to make sure nothing is caking around the opening. I also spread in a roundy round pattern so if it's off slightly side to side my next pass will even it out. No back and forth for me unless I'm spraying.

Good stuff. Small prill products will cause problems with "curved fins". Spyker's "accuway" also sucks imo. I suggest swapping the impeller out & use a LESCO impeller instead. Spyker impellers have 2 "curved fins" and 2 "straight fins". LESCO impellers have all 4 "straight" fins. The LESCO impeller should solve your problem.

    my 2 cents

    Bingo.

The little directional chute accuway thingy between the rails under the slide opening is caked.

Forgot to mention, I too have switched to the Lesco straight fin spinner.

Even if the accuway is clean, spreading small prills is often uneven.
