    Of course I didn't measure. But when you've worked in this business for a period of time you certainly develop the ability to see when anything isn't square, plumb, true, etc. My guys always say "man, you have laser eyes", because I always know without using any instruments to check :)

    Paper maps have their place too. Just like a string line, a paper map provides a visual. Especially helpful for large trucks. It's all about SEEING.

    Really what it comes down to is there is different tools for different jobs. I just feel the zip tape is going to be the best overall investment for us right now.

    Will do. It will be a while, we are in the process of buying a house, socking away as much money as possible for the time being. But I will definitely update this thread when I do get it.
