Sarge, I have a 1997 TS20 Zipper with 1970 hours on it. I have rebuilt the deck(spindles and bearings @ 1200 hrs) and maybe 3 times I have replaced the belts (before they gave me trouble) during the off season. I change oil every 40 to 60 hrs and service the air filter then also, or earlier if in dusty conditions. Oil is CHEAPER than a new motor.

A lot of the custom cutters in my area are running Zips due they are made in the area and the midstates region distributor and 5 sales company's are within 50 miles of me. Not a problem with parts if you need them which you should not unless you break something carelessly.
