Zone Struggles To Come Up, But Then....

    More than 120 PSI static on a 1.5" line & nothing broke? I set my pressure relief valves to blow off water, static or dynamic, @ 80PSI. Over that and I start blowing couplings, valves.

    Did ya do the math? Im willing to bet the zone was designed right on the edge. Now that its a little loose, right on the edge aint cutting it anymore.

    It is possible the high pressure leads to leaky head seals. This is typical commercial builder systems. "Git 'er done; Git 'er wet; Git outta Dodge".
