Put a mole trap out there...watch the owners yank on the leash to keep their dogs away. You don't have to actually set the trap.
Or get one of those lawn care signs," Keep off till dry. Lawn treatment." Same effect. Required by law in some states--but you can accidentally leave it there for months.
Brown spots of dead grass, im guessing is because dog urine only around the walkway!!! Most of the time they walk the dogs night time, i dont think any sings will help! Maybe i should forgot some candy bars in the grass
You only put heads down one side of the drive, right? The corners along with the areas that spray does not overlap will not get properly watered with this design. If you don't believe me put down cups and note the difference between the corner where the grass is weak and where the heads overlap. Or you can visually see it if you look. You may have got away with this design in milder weather but when things get hotter and drier the improper design shows. See this all the time. Dog urine may be a factor but at some point you need to address this if you want it "right" which I assume you would since you have gone through all this work.
Failure, most of the grass died! Is it possible because of the rain? Have been raining every day the whole July! Im about to kill it all and start over

Did you spray it with Drive? your last post mentioned that you were going to do that. I have no experience with seedling zoysia but maybe it was too much for the seedlings to take.
I use it all the time on zoysia lawns installed from sod, works great.
Until he finds out how hard Emerald Zoysia is to mow. Push reel mowers are a work out. The common home gardener and landscaper reels float on top of the thick grass. What is left are heavy golf and sports turf reel mowers.
No i did not. I think that it is alright the way it is now. I put down some cans, and im getting good amount of water even right in the corners. I have 6 heads to cover 570 sq f.
