zoysiagrass

    Has any one had luck with a border or any thing else to keep zoyisagrass from moving into the neighbors yard that is cool season lawn

    I know a guy near me that actualy dug a trench along his property and filled it w/ rock and water so he wouldn't get his neighbors Zoysia. He still got it though.

    Charles,

    Glyphosphate once it leafs out.

    Borderline will have to be maintained for the others that will then sprout.

    Both zoysia and fesue as pretty grass in their respective places.

    Yea i dont think rocks would stop it just leave more space for water which would only feed it But how about 24 inch deep trench with cement

    I had a customer make the trench also about 4 inch deep by 4 inch wide to keep neighbors zoysia out of his bermuda. He maintained it by using his string trimmer like a surgeon using a scalpal. It did a good job...he was a fanatic about it though.
