Howdy: Thanks for posting your saga about the x-factor cut quality issues. I've got the same trouble with a new Pro Turn 260 and was wondering if you ever pinpointed a way to make them cut as expected? I've got a lot of stragglers, especially in the fine, wispy stuff, and mowing twice with a brand new machine isn't making me happy. What worked best for you, after all you went through? Thanks much.
