I have a Generac pressure Washer with a Briggs and Stratton engine;
Model 10B902 Type 0131 with no spark. I installed a new Mag/armature with new stop wire and set the air gap at .008" I still have no spark. I cleaned off the magnet with fine grade sandpaper before reinstalling it.
I checked for spark without the plug on the wire and have even held it with my hand.
The flywheel is all rusty, could it be???? magnet seems to be strong too as it will jerk a screwdriver out of my hand.
I set the air gap to .006" no spark, set it at .010" no spark.
Help with a solution please. thanks

Hmmm, Didn't see oil alert on this one, Remove the kill wire from the coil and check again. If you have spark take a closer look at your kill switch, If you still have no spark with the coil set at 0.10" you got a defective coil.
