lots of frogs, few mice.... didnt kill it but i ran over a dead kitten that was prolly about 5 or 6 weeks old when it died. i didnt see it till it was too late. i'm just glad it was already dead... i already felt bad enough

I hit a black snake so big it sopped my lazar.
The worst thing ever was when I use to mow large fields on horse farms i hit a ground hog its was a mess.

I as well have it frogs but the one I thought I was going to have to get off and wipe out my shorts for was a WD-40 aersol can. Not good. I thought maybe George Bush had found some oil up here in the north and was commin after us hillbillies.

when i was mowing part time mostly baby rabbits and frogs about like every one else, but the absolutely worst thing i ever hit was a ground hog in a ditch that was in pretty high grass. it had to have been dead for at least a week during the summer. I had to use the hot water pressure washer at the fire hall to clean it. took weeks for the smell to go away

My dog. It was a dark day, indeed. I felt so bad that I wrote a song about it. It goes like this. (Sung to the tune of For Leaf Clover)...

I'm looking over my dead dog Rover who I hit with the power mower.
One leg is missing - the other is gone. The third leg is spread out all over the lawn.
No need explaining the one leg remaining that's spinning on the carport floor -
I'm looking over my dead dog Rover - who I overlooked before. :p

I wasn't mowin but using a 6' tiller behind my tractor. I broke a levee on my 1/2 acre pond to use the area for my watermellon garden. It drained completely in about 30 minutes so I took off with my tractor and tilled up the whole bottom. There were thousands of frogs, snakes up to 5' or 6', some small fish and thousands of tadpoles and turtles. I did not have to use any fertilizer on my garden.

Call me strange but this one seems just a little morbid.

i had a german shepard get knocked into my grass discharge by another dog.I was mowing next to a fence and trying not to hang it when all of a sudden there was this dog going under my discharge plate.i stopped the blade instantly but it was to late. 1st time on that customers lawn too. I called them and the first question i got asked was if the dogs were ok.Needless to say I felt like crap, but they were very understanding and even let me keep the lawn.
