are leaf plows worth it? has anyone ever made one? if so, how? How expensive are they?

i usually push the leaves with the deck on my WB it does an okay job but i think i might make a plow. they do get compacted making it very hard to suck them up. has anyone mulched the leaves down once and then tried pushing them? might help loosen up the pile at the truck

Heres one I made real quick before leaf season this fall, measure 60" wide and 3' high, mounted it on a JRCO mount. Saved us tons of man hours on our cleanups.

Geting ready to fabricate one of these for next fall. One of these has wheels (as does the jrco) one doesn't. Will the wheels alow it to follow uneven turf?

Had a few nightmare jobs last fall that made me want to use my quad with plow. Going to test it out tomorrow on a deep one. Any suggestions? Is it a bad idea for any reason. Thanks. I call it the leaf plow 5000.

I think that will work just as long as it's flat. It helps if it is free floating or you tines/ hard rubber touching the ground.
