Does this exist? I would love to have more room in my truck bed. I have a 02 tundra with a 6.5" cab so space is limited sometimes. Would prefer not to have the whole ladder rack that is huge and goes in all 4 pockets.
Thanks for any help.

Twice as big as I was thinking. Just over the cab, not even the windshield.
Problem you are going to have is the support over the cab. if you had a full ladder rack then you could go over the cab with no support, because you have 4 points of connection to the bed. With only having it going over the cab it will not be stable. That's why the one posts goose to the front bumper for the support.

Get one fabricated but get a removable bar across the tailgate area.. Makes loading and unloading easier. I had one made for a dump insert and put expanded metal on the sides and front to inrease the load capacity.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before. Just get some long metal chains and loop them through the holes in the wheelbarrow and tie them on top the cab of the truck. Of course the windows would have to be open a little, but it will be warm soon anyways right?

One of the large local landscaping companies near me had two wheelbarrow's up over the cab like you described but I didn't have enough time to look at it to see how it was done. They had them on a big F-550 or 650.

I saw a nice rack the other day. It was on a regular pick up truck- it was expanded metal mesh walls and a rack over the cab. Does anyone know what that's called id love to get it.
Or can anyone recommend a good ladder rack that also goes over the cab?
Thanks!

Just fabricated this today. Cant wait to see how it works.
