Well, I've posted on and off about wanting a dumping flatbed, or a flatbed w dump insert and all customized and beefed up, but reality is that funds are too tight for either. However, I'm planning ahead for Fall cleanups, and really do need the ability to dump. So I found this:
http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_124309_124309
Now, I know it's not a top-of-the-line dump setup, and really not ideal for the truck bed, but, heck, my truck is after all a work truck, so if the bed gets a little out of shape, who cares?
Question is, does the product actually work? Or is this just kinda a homeowner gimmicky thing? I'd be strictly dumping leaves, and the occasional yard of mulch, no stone or extra heavy stuff.
So, opinions??? Used it and hated it? Used it and loved it? I appreciate the help! Good luck all with Spring 2014! :clapping:

I installed on my 2012 f350 with the stock 8 ft bed works great dumps good I also installed the remote control too. I beefed up the under side of my bed I can dump three yards of mulch or grass with no problem!

that's what I wanted to hear lol! By beefing up the bed you mean welding on extra supports or something?
