How many of you guys quote directly from google maps?

What would you guys charge for this yard? She wants weekly mowing, fertilization, and mulch installed. Not sure if I should cut a deal or not, I'm still thinking of $40 and pretty sure I'm sticking to it. Going to sleep on it before I call her in the morning

What do you guys think? How much?

I just quoted somebody $50 for like a .51 acre lot but it is a corner lot with alot of sidewalk to edge, idk if you guys were including that or not. I measure the lot on findlotsize.com so I can have a number in my head for when go and look at the property in person, I'll go up on that number if there an any major hills or obstacles I cant see from Google maps.

I know my rider will cut around 475 sq. ft per minute. So if this property is 21,500 square feet and I divide this amount by the amount I can cut per minute I get 45 minutes. I charge a dollar a minute and buffer it if there is any difficulties, hills, trees, gut feeling, etc. I would probably bid $55.00 based on what I know.

$40 Sounds good to me looks like a pretty straight forward simple mow.

Must be nice to get $40-$45 for .37 acres lol.

Here they would laugh at you.

In my area 2acres is about the norm, Got a few under that unless it is a corner business lot then those would be the only ones to come close.

$40 if it is weekly.
It is a weekly account

I always include edging, I may charge more for the first edge but generally edging only takes me but 2-3 minutes tops. I'm full throttle speed walking when I do it :D. Great website there! Thanks man I appreciate that. +Bookmarked!

That is a great idea! I'm going to find out how much grass my mower will cut per minute and try the same. Thanks!
Hey thats my house !!
Just kidding.
$40 sounds about right.
only about 16500 ft turf when you deduct house garage and drive.
Ha! Thats a good one! Hey you never know, one of these days that might happen haha, I'll suspect whom ever totality undercuts the job 'I'd charge $20 bucks for that yard'. Using Lawnfeller's method that'd come out to -> $34.74 plus all the trimming. I think $40 bucks is right on.
$40 sounds ok but man that front yard looks like just a bunch of dirt?
It does, I believe the grass is really thin in the front + picture looks like it was taken early spring. I'm going to quote her on reseeding as well

Perimeter 403 meters, 1321 feet 0.250 miles 0.403 km

2.5 acres -> I'm looking at $175. Thats 70 bucks an acre
What would you guys do it for?
