I will be applying my fertilizer, crabgrass pre- emergent and weed control product in a liquid formula this spring. Anyone have any issues with mixing urea nitrogen, dimension and Trimec 1000 together? I've never mixed Dimension with Trimec before so wondering if anybody has had issues with a negative reaction (clumpy). Would like to know before I make a bulk order. I will be spraying low volume 0.5 gallons of water per 1000 square feet.

Low volume? I am not so sure about that. It should be fine at high volume, 3 gals per thousand would work fine. Dimension and Trimec would be OK, I think.
At 0.5 gals per thousand, that is very heavy on the urea in the solution. Just how much urea were you planning to add? Are you using a ride-on spreader?
You will likely get a "hot mix"; it would be concentrated, so that it would tend to draw moisture out of the grass leaf blades. Fertilizer burn could result. Experiment at low and high temperatures. Find out how much would result in burn--at low and high temperatures. Find your safety margin. Fine fescue and bentgrass would probably be more sensitive.

Was it the UREA that took awhile to melt down? I typically mix a new batch at night and then mix it again in the morning and have had good success.
The only problem i have had was mixing all this at low volume was in the morning when the water was cold. as the day went on and the water warmed up there was no problem

So you are going to add about a pound and a tenth of urea per gallon of water. That is more reasonable--still highly concentrated. And then add Dimension and then herbicide.
In a ride-on sprayer with a boom--do not open the valve if you are not moving--you will burn a straight line in the sand.
If it worked OK without the Dimension last year--maybe it would work if you added the Dimension. I don't know.

Yes, a z-spray. Low volume spraying. 0.5 gallons of water per 1000 sq ft and .25 lbs of nitrogen per 1000 square feet.
I spray dimension , cool power (ester) acelypryn with Humic , Fulvic and seaweed with no problems. Adding the Urea to this makes it a hot mix for sure. Maybe try a small amount out of a backpack sprayer on your own lawn, make sure it doesn't roast it first

Also out of a Z max, Red tips at .5
