We took over a a couple very large commercial shopping centers. Leaves have now fallen and I've done what I can to keep up but they are falling faster than I can keep up with just sucking them up along the curbs with a small handheld vac... some areas have turf along the curbs .. what's the most efficient way to get the leaves off the lot... blow them all against the curbs and suck up with a loader? Blow onto turf and mulch? Both? I need ideas that work the fastest

Depends on what you have for equipment and debris capacity
A mower can do some tasks well

Go with the wind.....

That is terrible advice do not blow the leaves into the water way! If you get caught doing this I'm sure that would be a hefty fine, not to mention the risk of blocking it up.
Maybe itd be more better if he mulched them up first:)

Did anyone catch the fact he’s got a commercial parking lot and the equipment he’s starting with is a handheld leaf sucker/bagger?

if the OP had the proper equipment to begin with, there wouldn’t be a question at all.

It’s pretty obvious
Have the proper equipment for the size job you have
Do not bid on things out if your league , then try to “figure out” how to do the work later.

Yeah I spotted that.
But now that he's up against it he needs to get it done.
Buy, rent, borrow. Blower, and truckvac.
Or sub it out quickly.

Yes thats what hes currently doing.
Why I asked what equipment does he have?
Also what is he doing with debris?

Edit I asked page 1 question#2

Agree with you
Also is he responsible already for mowing?

Ok.
Is there enough turf area to mulch the volume of leafs your dealing with ?
If so. Get a couple of big backpack blowers. My go to is Stihl BR800s
Blow out lot early in the morning before they're packed with cars. Get leafs up on turf, spred them with blowers. Then start mulching them until powder.
You'll have to pick out trash before mulching.

many times ive bagged leaves right off the street , its a one step fast way
If already piled up get em in the truck

Ive got them into the street and use mower to grind them up works better when leaves are light and want to blow around
