Terrible customer service. I emailed them two weeks ago asking them if they would be coming to the Indiana field day again this year and if they would be bringing the new ride on spreader to demo. Never got a reply.
today was field day, and they were there! No spreader. Said it won’t come out till Winter.

I have the quad aer 3000 and it’s a money making beast!

I've called them twice with no response I'm looking to spend about $20000 or more on equipment and they're not getting back to me lo.l Anyone know their story seems like they have some really nice stuff. But they are not exactly instilling confidence.
Cut them some slack. They build a hell of a product and they sell out EVERYTHING that they can make. If you've ever been part of a company bursting at the seems, you'll know some things get forgotten. Add in Covid and a severe lack of competent employees, and they're probably doing their best to keep up with staggering demand. Pro tip, order your equipment in June or May if you want to have it for sure.

Why is everyone using Covid as an excuse this year? They have been saying this sprayer/spreader was coming out for months now only to disappoint.

Pretty simple. For several months a good portion of the US was shutdown for most industries. So one company that supplies a whatever for a motor that supplies Stinger is behind. This puts everyone behind. The days of millions of dollars in parts inventory waiting to be assembled have been long gone for 20 years. Just in time delivery is the way things go. One hiccup and everyone is SOL.

A year or two ago there was a fire at a plant here in Michigan, bumpers or something for F150s or whatever. Ford ran out of bumpers and they had to shut the entire production line down.

Now multiply that nationwide.

Add to that every time someone has the sniffles or sneezes they think they have the Covid and want to get tested and take 2 weeks off and blah, blah, blah. UPS and FedEx are even backed up.

With a statement like this, it's clear you haven't tried to hire anyone in the midst of this situation.
We hire people when we need to, no problem here, nice try tho.
Point is no matter what if I call eBay, my trash company, Comcast, usps, customers behind on their bill everyone of them use the same excuse. Seems the only ones using that excuse are the ones that have some kind of issue with their billing or paying their bill. 90% of the others just keep doing what we do, WORK.

I don't want this thread to run away in the wrong direction I certainly wish them no ill will. it looks like they make some great products to spend money somewhere I want to make sure they're in it for the long haul in case I need parts support etc

agreed...also, I'm pretty sure Stinger will be around for a long time to come, hoping @Stinger Equipment will chime in soon

Me too. But come here and tell your buyers what's going on. Don't shy away. I approach every problem head on and within 24hrs. i wanted to buy the sprayer/spreader but they keep delaying, so with no response to us potential buyers I'd be afraid to buy something from them.

I'm in the same situation I've been waiting to buy that spreader sprayer since the Spring I've since bought two applicator machines but I like there's a lot more hopefully the'll get it worked out. They seem very innovative I spoke to the guy once seems like a really intelligent guy

i've noticed it with a lot of companies this year. I built a big playset for kids. ordered stuff, I wouldn't even get order confirmations half the time. Send an email wondering if my order when thru and I'd never hear anything, would just show up. I ordered a backpack mister, same thing. Called, emailed and nothing then there it was at my door.

I'd be willing to answer their emails for use of one their aerators :)

Regarding the applicator, if there are bugs that they are working out that is delaying production, would one rather have an untested and rushed product that has problems or one that is tested and the bugs worked out?
