I am reading thru these books getting ready for the exam. I was wondering how in depth is the test? Will there be questions on how to identify pests, etc, in trees, grass?

What is covered in the "law book"?

Can anybody give me pointeres on what needs to be studied the most?

Check with your department of agriculture. I know here in Texas the Texas Agri-Life Extension has classes every now and then that covers the Generals, Laws and Regs and Turf and Ornimentals. The one I took had the person teaching it that helped wright the test, so it was very helpful.

I took it a couple years ago. It was harder than I had expected but still scored an 89. If you study all the material good, don't skip pages, you'll pass. They grade you right there and let you know if you pass or fail. I think both tests are 100 questions each.

Oh Yeah, there are several questions on pests and disease, weed identity and several on calibration. They let you bring a calculator too. I recall quite a few on pests (bugs). Way more than I had anticipated.
Good Luck, You'll do fine.

Just ALL the books. Law, O & T, identifying pest. You will do fine. I read them once and got a 81 on both i think.

There are Math questions, a few sample labels, that as long as you read them good, you will do fine.

It is multiple choice, so that makes it easy. Bring a calculator!
