Northern turfgrass guys, who has used Horsepower as a warm/hot weather selective? Talking Memorial Day thru August type usage. Good results? I am looking to run this thru my Z as it doesn't have an adjuvant which can be tricky in low volume situations in hot/humid/dewy weather. Thx!

I used a similar product--Lesco Eliminate--for several years, as my main weed control. It worked very well. I never noticed any problems with surfactants.
Of course, it seldom gets above 95 around these parts.
It worked fine at 3 gallons per thousand sqft. Also fine with my Permagreen at about a quart of solution per thousand sqft.

A couple of big guys around me run it during the year that's why I've stayed away from it. I've been told it works well from some reputable sources, the ai's seem pretty good to me and the price is reasonable.
Curios...you seem to like the product but stayed away from using it. Reason?

The bigger companies have tons of techs blanket spraying the stuff. Eventually some resistance will build up when people rush or mix wrong what have you. I also just like to be using something else, I found a product with just enough tric it sprays white off the ride on and I do a lot of spot spraying.

We use it mid summer as a spot spray, leave the blanket sprays for the regular 3 way late spring and early fall.

Seems to work just fine. We essentially use it to have some better effect on cc and violets mid summer. Seems to do better than regular 3 way

Are you blanketing any rounds? If so what chem?....

If we used ride ons, I think late round 1 would have tzone, spot sprayed or blanketed on cc/violets, Rd 2 would be blanket 3 way and Rd 3 would be horsepower spot
