The red circle is where you use a long ratchet or braker bar with a extension, how long of an extension you will have to figure out.

The square hole should be 1/2"

The belt should go outside of the pin where the green arrow is.

That's interesting.......

Anyway, I'm basing the installation of the pump belt off of all the exmarks belts I've replaced. There has alway been a straight run to the one pump. I'll add that I have never needed to remove the anti rotation pin on any of the other machines I've worked on to replace a pump belt.
And the parts break down that FLC2000 posted. Look at the drawing, imagine that the number 9 is where the tensioner is.......

Use your best judgment.

i think you might have been right. this is what the manufacture said today Tim Craver      To:You Mon 4/7/2025 7:35 AM The only thing I have available is the image from the parts book. Item 37 which shows the shape of which the belt is routed.
 
That decal part number comes back to an Encore...
Encore and World lawn are owned by the same Chinese company.

I can only go by what your model number is.

Like I said, use your best judgemant, you are there, not me.....
