I have this Worldlawn 52" Venom model# WYS52FX730V stand on mower that was left at my house by my bother so i have been using it and the drive belt broke. I have the correct replacement belt and the user manual and the parts manual from the website but there are no instructions for changing the drive belt. Does anyone know where i can find the the instructions for this model or is the process the same as a more popular brand and model stand on mower because there is almost nothing online about these.

Can’t speak for that mower, but in our mowers (toro) we have to remove the deck belt from the PTO clutch as the drive belt sits above it.
Then we put the drive belt on the pulley of each pump, and have a second person push the idler pulley as the other person gets belt on clutch.
I would imagine it’s similar to that.

Besides Worldlawn zero turn mowers being cheap to begin with, there are a few other problems. The dealer network is sparse at best. The parts availability can be more difficult. The information online is probably lacking compared to many other brands. Try to locate a belt diagram online and think it out. Remember the v type pulley goes into the v part of belt, and the flat type pulley goes on back of belt for routing.

Deck belts are easy, but you specified a hydro drive belt in your thread title.
Hydro drive belts are pretty deep in there if this is anything like my old walk behind w/ a KAW. I had to remove the whole mower/blade deck to barely gain a bit more access then resort to contortionism to reach up/in there to swap in a new hydro drive belt. Did this during the dead of Winter which made it a real chore.
SO, I'll echo @Breezmeister above...find someone to do this repair unless you absolutely NEED to do this yourself for whatever reason/reasons.

I'm back my guy disappeared and I finally got it lifted to look under it. What is the correct routing and will I only need to route it around these pullers and tensioners in the picture? View attachment 588682
The joys of buying an off brand mower like World Lawn that nobody wants to help on. Without being there, it ain’t easy to tell you how to put the belt on. You got two hydro pulleys, one idler pulley, one tensioner pulley, and one PTO clutch. Remember the back side of belt runs on a flat idler pulley and V side runs in grooved pulley. Did you get the correct replacement belt because that is crucial?

The red circle is where you use a long ratchet or braker bar with a extension, how long of an extension you will have to figure out.

The square hole should be 1/2"

The belt should go outside of the pin where the green arrow is.

That's interesting.......

Anyway, I'm basing the installation of the pump belt off of all the exmarks belts I've replaced. There has alway been a straight run to the one pump. I'll add that I have never needed to remove the anti rotation pin on any of the other machines I've worked on to replace a pump belt.
And the parts break down that FLC2000 posted. Look at the drawing, imagine that the number 9 is where the tensioner is.......

Use your best judgment.

That decal part number comes back to an Encore...
Encore and World lawn are owned by the same Chinese company.

I can only go by what your model number is.

Like I said, use your best judgemant, you are there, not me.....
