2 mowers used daily/14=.1429+6-12=-5.8571. Is there a formula here that is missing something?
But with my exmark this year i would say it will have 700-750 by the end of the year. Last year with the great dane i would guess it was close to double that (no hour meter). I had one more employee last year that this year and doing more business this year.

I bought my machine new on May 22nd had .2 hrs on it. Now it has 100 hrs. on it. About 10 hrs a week. The walk behind and 21" combined get 2 hrs of usage a week, so say 12 hrs a week put on the mowers. Thats 420 hrs a season over 35 weeks of use (our mowing season starts about first of April and last year i was doing leaf cleanups up till 2 days before Thanksgiving.). We haven't skipped any weeks this year due to all the rain. Also in the fall, with the leaves, the machines will get more hours put on them and the spring time too with higher growth and everything. I'd say 400-450 is a good approximation for me per year. I'm only doing this part time (still in high school) about 3 days a week myself.

Last year I cut about 1700 lawns. Average probably 20 minutes of mowing per lawn, so 1700 times .33 (hours)= 561 hours

My Kubota is 5 weeks old and the engine meter said 115 hours.

25 weeks (IF it doesn't dry out) would put me at 575 hours / year.

I know that when I trade my mowers in every other year, they usually have 1100-1300 hours on them, which would be right in the ball park of the 575 / year.

This is with me working about 80 hours / week, I always figured that my actual sitting on the mower time is about 1/3 of my actual work time. Then you have trimming and drive time.

had my two for a month, one has a 101 hrs other has 114

my gravely 260 is just over 2 months old and has 43 hours on it. That is 4 days per week.

On all of the equipment you can put on 1500 hours. It's just to bad nobody has hour meters on their weed wackers. I put a lot of hours on trimming. Yes my two guys work a lot and I pay them a lot. I also run my equipment before april and around the first week in December.

Ummm last year it was 275 hours on the main mower this year its going to be a little over 500 hours of use. I can see if we go to cutting 5-6 full days a week then perhaps 800-1000 is possible but I doubt it. The dealer I use to use when I asked about this said he had one guy that bought 3-4 new mowers every year and traded in last years and they always had 2000 hours on each of them. We both talked for a while trying to figure out when the hell that guy cuts to be racking up hours like that. I like 10-12 hour days but even that seldom puts more then 7-8 hours on the mower so I can only guess what that other guy had to do.
