I'm looking into purchasing a stand on aerator. There is a lot of talk about Turfco aerators, but Im unable to find any videos or threads on the TurnAer XT-10. Anyone have experience with these? They seem like a good setup.

Is it worth renting an aerator to aerate 2-4 properties? How much do you all charge per 1000 to aerate and seed?

What’s up everyone, just wondering what you would be at cost wise for a spring cleanup, with aeration seed and fertilizer for these size houses. 50lb bag of seed is around $200. Houses are 3-5k square feet average. Thanks!

Need advice on fixing this lawn. I did a soil test... ph is fine. Phosphorus very deficient, everything else is fine. My plan is to aggressively aerate the lawn followed by heavy overseeding. Then I am going to apply a thing layer of compost followed by more seed. Anything else I should do?
