    I ran out of dye... can anything be substituted? Nobody local has it in stock. Pond dye? I know it will not break down with uv.... but any I'll effects of it. Who has experimented

    I have been spraying pre-emery for 5 years. The cost of lawn dye is expensive. I was thinking of using a pond dye that is about a quarter of the cost of lawn dye. Has anyone tried this or do you have an alternate solution? Thanks for the input.

    This will be the first year for our company to use the dye when applying pre emergent applications. We will be using the high concentrate Lesco Tracker dye, which so far doesnt seem to pricey or look to bad.... Only issue is we are using the Lesco spray gun (green gun with yellow 2 gallon/minute...

    :confused:Can someone tell me which GREEN DYE looks the MOST NATURAL, and disappears the quickest? I do alot of LARGE lawns, and need the DYE often so I can see where I've sprayed. (Especially on dry warm days.) It also reassures my customer that I didn't "miss a spot". I am stuck with some...
