    Hello, One of my clients has landscaped beds with overgrown monkey grass that hasn't been cut back in years. I know its supposed to be trimmed in late winter, but is it to late to cut it back to 3.5 inches? I am in the Northern Virginia area. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!
