    I have a kawasaki 19hp i just got used. When you turn the key off it takes 3-5 seconds to shut down. I noticed a black wire coming from the engine that is disconnected. Lookimg at the wiring diagram apparently it goes to the coils. So i hook it back up but then it wont start. Disconnected it...
