03 New Holland 190 price check

I am looking at purchasing another skid steer. the machine is a

New Holland 190 2003
-1200 hrs
-Cab and heat
-solid tires 50%
-2 speed

Asking price is 15,500 is this a good deal or a pass. The machine looks and pretty decent condition. Thanks for looking.

Seems very fair to me. We paid $22k for a very similar 190.
