1991 Dodge D250 with 5.9L diesel for sale. The truck has a Reading Utility
body on it. All tires are recent and new front brakes. Previous and
original owner replaced engine (~100 K on engine now) and had transmission rebuilt (~ 20 K ago). Truck was owned by an old plumber who used this truck on a daily basis.

The truck is a hoss...it cranks up immediately, even in the coldest day of
winter. Good work truck for someone who needs something cheap and reliable. Asking $1800.00.

The good is above...the bad: Power windows/door locks do not work anymore,
A/C does not work. Truck was originally blue, now painted white...paint is
a 4 out of 10. I have owned this truck for over a year...and driven it
almost daily around town to do irrigation repairs at peoples homes. It's a good truck. The engine is worth a 1200.00 easy...throw in the
tranny (500.00, which is solid), the rear end (350.00), the Reading Utility
body (800.00), and four almost new 265/75/16 tires (350.00)...she is worth
over 2500.00 in good useable parts...the truck portion is just tired (mostly
minor electrical). No rust cancer, glass is all good, exhaust is good, overall truck is good, its just older. The speedometer stopped at 399,088 two weeks ago...another reason I am selling it cheap.

I hate to sell this truck, cause she has SO MUCH POWER, but I bought a new
Chevy with another Reading Utility body...so the time has come to let her go.

Email me or call 919-427-6511 to see/drive. I will have pictures to send after
Saturday. Truck is located in Cary, NC (Raleigh/Durham area.)

Also selling a 20' tandem axle dove tail trailer...see that listing if you
    are interested.
