Hey i have a question. Is it okay to use any type of 2 stroke oil in a lawn boy fuelmixture or is it necessary to use Lawn boy Ashless Oil?

hi, i just bought a new lawnboy 10550 and the dealer told me that i can either run echo 50:1 or lawnboy 32:1. he said that the echo is better so i'm using that.

I have been using Amsoil 100:1 YES 100:1 in my 98 Lawnboy since I got it. Never once had a fuel related problem and the exhaust ports and sparkplugs are spotless.

Lawnboy oil is a cruel overpriced brainwashing joke that keeps the Toro company and the mechanics in the money. No one mixes that tar right and the regular oil makes it smoke like an old steamer.
The only downside is that you will get bit by mosquitos more but at least you will be able to see them.
    Need more let me know.
