thanks for your interest familylawncare, sounds like a great deal on that new 35hp don’t forget uncle sam.. that will put you at 10grand... but if you can purchase that mower and cash flow your business then of course that’s the right move... but if you can’t cash flow with purchasing a new one, one that can purchase and make money with is the better deal. mower is 10 years old with 1015 hrs. That’s averaging 100 hrs a year obviously this mower has not been used much or as a commercial unit. but if I am accepting offers as why this mower is for sale. this is a mower that has been maintained more than recommended and is in great shape.

after reviewing the price sheet i see that my mower price may be a little high... i would accept $4000.00 for the mower. I want to be fair and feel that is a great price

You need to rethink your price. I just bought a Z500 Toro 27hp 60inch cut w/deluxe suspension seat. I purchased the mower last spring for $7,700.00

its 11 years old that kills it, mower is worth 2800-3200 max
I disagree. While I think his price is a little to high, if its been properly maintained I'd like to think its worth $3500-$4000. I mean the ones at Home Depot and Lowe's are $3000 + tax, and are not even in the same class as an 11 year old Scag. That machine has an easy 1000-1500 more hours before any major rebuild.

Been in the buisness 20 years. Mower is worth 3500.00 retail. I wouldnt touch it for a penny over 2750.00
