Looks nice. Like that stacked stone style.

    Fun isn't it !!

I've got a 6' x 8' pond with a drilled basalt boulder fountain rock to put in this week.

It's sweat but its relaxing in its own way.

    Nice stacked effect.

I will guess the light effect might be a little 'stong' with two floods right in front on such a small pond. I would consider lighting it from one flood hung on the eave of the house to throw a nice soft glow over whole pond. And it won't be so obivious where the light is coming from. I pause on all landscape lights that are so 'obvious' -- put then of course the night view matters more.

I'm more intrigued by those huge mounds of mulch for the two trees flanking the pond. Ya I know a 'regional' thing. I wonder what the 'regional' thing will be in 20 years.... falling trees maybe ????

    Looks awesome Weatherman.

What are the dimensions of the pond, and how deep is it?

Is there a pump in it?

I just started my first pond yesterday in my backyard.

I love the ortimental grasses. I think they add good texture to a landscape :)
