$250 is my minimum
If I may ask, are you running solo?

@ mtc 2010: I would highly encourage you to raise those prices, or upgrade the equipment ASAP. A job like that may be profitable for you now, but you know what comes next... And, it's the false perception that you may give an outside hack(not you, I'm referring to someone who would perceive your work) that would make them do the math and think "Oh, yay! $60 an hour is great! We can buy all kinds of beer with that!" And then, the industry standard takes another hit.
Everyone's ultimate goal should be to maintain, at minimum, the industry standard, but strive to increase it. Hope that helps.
250 an hour! Later guys I'm going to get a power washer!
What's a hor job?

I believe he washes his homes, with the power of chemicals, and not with a high pressure washer. It's different set up. Dude knows his stuff though. He has some youtube videos of his work.
It is a typo. Meant to type "hour"
