2005 cat 226 override???

    hey guys what does the overide button do in this machine??

    It over rides the wheel motor lock when you use a back hoe and you need to move the machine with the boom, it also unlocks the safety locks for running a brush chipper on the front of a concrete pump with out going inside the cab to operate the hydraulic flow for the attachments.

    so ron bascially you need this for those attachments what about if you needed to run a combo bucket??

    Don't need to touch it, the aux. hydraulics are ready to go, with Bobcat (and others) you always had to push a button to unlock it, with Cat, you just roll the switch up or down after you hit the parking brake switch to unlock the whole machine after you lower the arm rest.
