    i want a 2008 duramax, but seeing older ones like yours makes me rethink lol any thoughts on old vs. new dpf equipped deezys? (duramax)

    Get yourself a nice used pre emission DURAMAX!!!!

    I love the LB7's or LBZ's!!! awesome power!

    An 07.5 to 08.5 duramax wouldn't be that great of an idea. They hadn't figured out the correct tuning for the dpf equipped trucks, result was poor fuel mileage. The 09's are much better though and I would expect they will only improve the fuel economy in 2010. Having said that i would prefer a pre-dpf truck anyways.

    02Duramax looks like your truck handles the skidsteer real well. Squatted about as much as a dodge with a mowing trailer LOL

    tuning? i know in order for the dpf to burn out the soot it has to use feul, which in turn lowers the mpg dramatically. with a programmer and a warranty voiding turbo back exhaust you can get the same good mileage as an lly or lbz d-max. and stock the new lmm has awesome power but 14 mpg if your lucky, not too much better than my 6.0 gasser:laugh: sorry for the attempted high jackin 02 duramax.

    truck is badass man! Like the black stacks too, the only thing missing is some blacked out tail lights.

    he needs stacks on the 4500 too and semi 24" wheels with a 4 inch drop.

    Sure 14 mpg doesn't sound too bad, but the early lmm's would get 10.
