Had a few customers that were grandfathered that have been late. Suspended service on a couple of accounts and terminated service on the other ones. These were the people that didn't have a credit card on file with me. That was a new rule this year. All new sign ups will have a CC on file or they aren't signed up.
This year has been better for us. I forced the known late pays to pre-pay the mowing season or find another service. Only one went with another service but they still owe us $$$.
Very few approach 30 days before sending the check (those will be forced to pre-pay for next season).
