I just wanted to share my set up for 2019. I got a lot of ideas off this site, and thought this might help others. The trailer is an ATC Raven, 8.5' x 16 (plus 2' nose) x 7' tall. All of the shelving is homemade out of wood. It's what I can work with best. Everything over $200 has a lock. All keyed the same. I carry enough gas for the week. I carry 2 of almost everything. I work solo and run all Ferris walk behinds - 61", 52", 48" and a 32".

I got the VP race cans at Amazon, or maybe ebay. Got a 4 pack for under $100. Bought 2 more around $30 each.
Last year I had 5 mix n match 5 gallon gas cans and consistently used up all 5. I just wanted all new and all the same. Hopefully they don't go missing!
Yeah, I'm solo. Mow around 65 accounts per week.

Because their walk behinds they fit in behind each other well. I think he said its a 16 trailer so he should easily fit all three in at

Those race fans have come down a lot in price. We can get them ar RK for about 20 bucks here in PA.

I had the same problem with the mixed brand old leaky cans and switched to all eagle metal ones.

I don't take all my mowers everyday. But I can easily fit 3 with plenty of room to spare.

I love the ATC trailers. I also have a 20 foot flat nose Raven(lowest trim level) With an aluminum frame. ($10,000) How did you attach your tools to the walls. The aluminum won't hold a tapping screw very well and the walls are covered with 1/2 inch plywood (I think). I built a plywood box around my Al. wheel wells. I knew my mowers would easily destroy the aluminum ones. I built a couple of shelves in front and supported them from the floor up.

Yea you're solo
It's the employees that steal the cans
So they're a lot less likely to disappear with out any.

You go through 30 gallons of gas plus what's in the machine (typically 8 to 10). in what time frame?
A day?
A week?
How long between fill ups and the gas station?

Real nice job! Its kinda sad to see all that nice white paint get beat up as the season wears on. Mine is white too though. Love those led lights. Good call on the 8.5 wide I have the 7 wide just for visibility with my truck mirrors mostly. But the 8.5 reality allows you to maximize use of wall space and even haul a 72 mower.
One thing about an enclosed trailer, anything that isn't secured really well will find itself on the floor!
