    A bad fuel pump can also cause gas to be in the oil.

    ^^^^

    True (pulse type pump). If the diaphragm is torn/cracked it can allow fuel to enter the crankcase via the pulse tube. Good reason to check your oil level (and smell) regularly.

    It was the carb. Running great, changed the Gas smelling oil too. Thanks for the help!
