getting ready to lay approx. 25,000 sq. ft. of sod.....we've got to prep it, add some topsoil & lay it......does 50 cent a sq. ft. sound decent?? or is that too high???

I wished I lived where you guys live I don't see how you are getting $2 a S.F. I get $2.50 for fescue a S.Y. At $2 a S.F. that project would be $50,000 and I would only have about $5,000 in expenses I would do two jobs like that in one week and fish and hunt the remaining 51 weeks of the year.
