ok here I am again, after couples of no's from few customers estimates I land a big one, this time 3 acres,flatland,1 acre is barely any grass, pick up some fall off branches (about two big contractors bags of it )hedge clipping 10 two feet high bushes,no edging,a little trimming around a shed and the house.
$175 paid upfront and cash,Did I made a good deal?
,I figured shouldn't take me more than 2 1/2 hr
and thinking about going into biweekly services.

$175 for 3 acres.. sounds like a pretty good deal to me. Pretty common target to try and hit around a minimum of $60 an acre and it looks like you almost hit that, but if you can get the customer to agree to bi-weekly then I say hats off to ya, you did a fine job.
