65hoss and myself went and did one of his customers that had moved recently. i am not sure when the last time a mower of any type touched this property but the pics speak for themselves. he cut it 3 times while i ran the trimmer. also we are told the guy who used to live there was a landscaper. hopefully these links will work, I haven't developed an LCO page yet.

Been there done that! I remember cutting grass so tall one time, that there were rats running all over the place, as I was mowing. That was freaky.

i didn't look at the clock but it was about 2.5 - 3 hours from unloading to loading back up.

i'd rather see rats, at least you can legally exterminate them. :D

It took us 2.5 hours to complete. In places it was over 3' high.

Oh, I did it with the Lazer HP with the MULCHING kit attached. I cut it at 3.5 inches and it never slowed down. I ran at about 5 or 6 mph. We ran over it two more times to get the stragglers.

Mind if I ask how much you charged for that??? Was it flat rate or hourly... I usually go hourly on projects like that.

I'd rather not. But I will say that usually I estimate how many hours and quote accordingly. PM me if you want more info.
