So disregarding price this is the best thing to sliced bread, fire and the wheel itself.

A three direction dump trailer. Just move the pins.
    Thoughts?
    Improvement ideas?
Anyone have one for a review or upclose picture of the pin/pivot mechanism?

    Thank you

You might be able to buy one with higher sides factory. Then the pivot point would be higher. If you make higher sides make them fold down outside or remove. That way it will dump above and below the sides.

I cant really think of a reason to dump off the side, and my dump truck has fold down sides. Plus now its a deck over, very high floor trailer

I plaid with one at the dealer. I liked the idea but it just didn't seem sturdy enough.

Was thinking this would be great for an f350/trucks in general. Clipping in the back of truck, eq. in the trailer. Pull up to the compost pile and dump off the side. Done!

Anyone know if a truck w/dump bed can also have a gooseneck hitch? Or perhaps too unsturdy.

dumping to the side, then having to drive over what you've dumped when the pile hits the floor and expands

Why would you drive over it? It would be like a semi side dump. Dump and go. Dont even have to stop. This would be awesome for grass dumping. Then scoop into a large pile with a skidsteer.
