can someone please id these 3 weeds for me? thanks.
They appear to be tree seedlings... Not sure which trees though.
I think pic 1 is an Elm Tree (possibly and American Elm). Pic 3 might be an Elm too, but the leaves are a little too chewed up for me to tell. No idea what #2 is.
The first thing that came to mind on #1 is Hornbeam and some kind of Prunus for #3 but that's from someone whose only been to Ohio once .
If Im not mistaken ( I may be ) the top 1 looks like african violet.
if they are tree seedlings they will go away after a few mowings correct? no need to spray them with weed control.
Number 2 and 3. I agree, tree seedlings. Probably wild cherry. Number one is very chewed up--but I am guessing wild blackberry.
Pic #3 looks like a black cherry tree seedling.
# 1 don't know
# 2 that's a tulip popular
#3 looks like a wild cherry or as we call it chock cherry
who cares, just make up a weed name make it sound like you know what u r talking about, just make sure you kill it.
