    John Deere is a good mower and 42 wouldn’t be a bad place to start if the properties are tight and small. If you can afford it commercial grade is where you want to spend your money.

    I agree with most of your replies. Unless this product is completely different from all other YardMan products I've seen (and I'm sure it's not) I wouldn't even consider it for homeowner use...much less commercial use.

    I wouldn't go for the yard machine no matter how good the price is unless it's like 0- $150 yeah jump over it.
    I'd say get you a commercial gravely compact pro or exmark 34.
    I have never owned a exmark or Ridin one before but they are quality built for commercial. I currently own a gravely compact pro 34 that I bought new this year. Love it, great little machine for those small gates, mower deck is very very Very! strong, it's made out of 7ga steel. https://www.lawnsite.com/posts/5931520/
