Anyone run 3D herbacide through a T3000?
Jeff I can tell you're new. But just about anyone and everyone runs something similar or exactly like 3D out of a ride on. . What's the real question you want to know?
I’m not having good luck with the 3D through my t3000 like I did with the permagreen. I did all the calibration and it should be the same rate. But the weeds are not dying. Any thoughts?
what turf types do you manage and what weeds have escaped control through the t3000? What's your location?
Cool season, Kentucky bluegrass, dandelions
Sounds like a calibration error. Double check your rates. Try out on concrete to check pattern.
I do it all the time. If you are using the blue nozzle at 40 psi you should be applying .25 gallons per 1000 Sq. Ft. if you are traveling 5 mph. If I remember the middle rate for 3-d is 1.3 Oz’s per 1000 Sq. Ft. which means you need 5.2 Oz’s of 3-d per gallon if the calibration is correct. Herbicide is not spelled with an A.
Yes that is what I calibrated it at but my pressure was not at 40. Lol thanks for the spellcheck.
I just did 36000 sq ft and used 15 gallons...with water!!!
