What 3ph attachment is best for grading loam for a new lawn. The tractor is new, 35hp and has no attachments. I have a number of lawn installs coming up where we have to spread and grade the loam. Usually, with new construction around here, the GC has the excavator guy bring in loam and do the rough grading. This of course means crappy loam that has to be amended if were lucky. These upcoming jobs however, the homeowner wants us to bring in the loam. I am most interested in what you think does the best/most efficient job of rough grading. They guys will do the fine grading with landscape rakes. Box blade? rear blade, or landscape rakes. I've seen some powered rakes that seem like they might be good for finish grading but way to single task oriented.
