3rd Backup Mower, which one to keep

Hey guys,

We have some large properties we manage typically with two guys on mowers and one guy trimming.

Currently have a 48" Walk-behind, 52" Z-Turn, and 61" Stander.

Because I like standing so much more I am picking up another 48" stander.

Trying to figure out which would be the best backup for the two standers in case one ever goes down.

Selling either the Z-turn or the WB.

I personally rather sell the Walk- Behind as its more difficult for employee's to manage and its only a 48"

But some have told me it is harder to sell a walk-behind then a zero turn.

I figured if I keep:

Zero Turn - 52" width, offsets the other two nicely
- Can put a turbo vac attachment on for cleanups and collection

Walk-Behind - Control hills nicely
- Has side bag for collection (only 6.2 cu ft)
- Stand up with the sulky on it

What would you guys prefer for a 3rd backup mower for two standers?

Trying to get 9k for the WB and 8k for the Z-turn, new stander is about 10.

2019 Ferris FW-35 48" with a striper kit, XT-Pro sulky and a accelerated industries grass catcher (9k Cdn)

116 hours.

Think that's too high?

Yes. I have that same mower. I paid $4,800 for it with 10 hrs on the mower from a dealer.

Edit.....Missed the canada part. No idea what they charge you for them new, I know many things are a bunch more, or what the conversion is.

hello Mr.Warrior! 10k no way! 652 non mod is like 8. Get rid of the 48 and get a 36 so you can share blades. Walaa!

What do you mean by share blades? for which mowers?

I am going to stick with 61 and 48 standers and a 52 z turn,

30 " exmarks for gated properties,

Eventually a 32 stander.
