yard, how much should I charge for a renovation?

My plan is as follows:

1. Roundup to kill all existing grass

2. Power rake and remove dead grass

3. 3 inch depth of top soil

4. Seed (How many pounds of seed do you think?)

5. Mushroom manure

1. Hour labor plus materials.

2. Depends what kind of equipment you are using.

3. Overkill (about 46 yards of dirt, or 5 dump trucks full. That is a LOT of dirt and a LOT of money.)
